The Plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that Defendants Toyota Material Handling, N.A., Toyota Material Handling, Inc., and Toyota Industries Corporation engaged in improper conduct related to emissions certification for certain Toyota internal combustion (“IC”) forklifts sold in the United States (the “Settlement Class Forklifts”).
