Summary
ApolloMD experienced a data security incident around May 22, 2025 that may have exposed patients' private information. ApolloMD denies wrongdoing but agreed to a $4,020,000 settlement. Claimants may choose up to $5,000 for documented losses or an estimated $75 cash payment, plus one year of medical data monitoring.
Who qualifies
U.S. residents who were sent notice that their private information may have been impacted by the May 2025 ApolloMD data incident. ApolloMD affiliates, government entities, the presiding judges, and anyone who opts out are excluded.
Suits does not handle payments or process claims. Payments are issued by the claim administrator and typically take 3-6 months.
