Class action settlement
FN Logistics, LLC
About this settlement
California FN Logistics workers' wage and hour violations settlement
Summary
Current and former hourly, non-exempt employees of FN Logistics (and staffing agencies that placed workers there) allege the company failed to pay overtime and minimum wages, provide meal and rest breaks, reimburse expenses, provide accurate wage statements, provide sick pay, and provide suitable seating and temperatures, plus related PAGA penalty claims. FN Logistics denies any wrongdoing. The company agreed to pay a $5,565,000 Gross Settlement Amount to resolve the claims. Payments are calculated pro rata based on workweeks worked during the Class Period and pay periods worked during the PAGA Period.
