Who qualifies
LifeStance patients between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2023. Subclass 1 covers patients who booked a session through the online booking tool; Subclass 2 covers all other patients. Membership is determined by LifeStance's class list.
Suits does not handle payments or process claims. Payments are issued by the claim administrator and typically take 3-6 months.
