Summary
MCNA, MCNA Insurance Company, and Healthplex experienced a data incident in February-March 2023 that potentially exposed personal and health information. Defendants deny wrongdoing. Class members automatically get two years of medical data monitoring and may claim up to $2,500 for documented losses from a $250,000 fund.
Who qualifies
Living individuals who were sent notice that their information was potentially impacted by the MCNA data incident between February 26 and March 7, 2023. Cash claims require supporting documentation; claims for minors must be filed by a parent or guardian.
Suits does not handle payments or process claims. Payments are issued by the claim administrator and typically take 3-6 months.
