Summary

Who qualifies
U.S. persons whose numbers were on the Do-Not-Call Registry for 30+ days and who received more than one O'Reilly text in a 12-month period after the number was reassigned to them. Claims may be denied if the claimant bought from O'Reilly in the prior 18 months; one claim per phone number.
Suits does not handle payments or process claims. Payments are issued by the claim administrator and typically take 3-6 months.
