Summary
Alleges Farmers insurance agents made telemarketing calls and texts to numbers on the National Do-Not-Call Registry in violation of the TCPA. Defendants deny wrongdoing. Eligible class members who submit a valid claim may receive a pro rata payment up to $425. Payment depends on the number of valid claims filed.
Who qualifies
You may qualify if you received two or more marketing calls or texts from Todd Henderson Insurance Agency, Inc. and/or R. Todd Henderson during the class period, your number was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for more than 30 days, the number was registered to an individual, you were not a Farmers customer during the specified period, and you did not previously request a Farmers insurance quote. If you received two or more telemarketing calls.
