Who qualifies
Michigan USAA auto policyholders who insured a leased vehicle, made a first-party claim between January 27, 2015 and March 11, 2026, and had the vehicle declared a total loss without receiving full sales tax and fees. USAA staff and the judges are excluded.
Suits does not handle payments or process claims. Payments are issued by the claim administrator and typically take 3-6 months.
